March 2015 | Dexter, MI, USA — Recent advancements in high-order harmonic generation (HHG) of vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) at MHz repetition rates provide a wide photon energy range, 13-45eV (up to ~39th harmonic), with ultrafast time resolution.
