SAFETY AT THE SEAWELL BALLROOM

Upon arrival staff, vendors, clients, and guests will be asked to answer the following questions.

Within the past 14 days have you:

1. Had a fever, new cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath causing respiratory issues?
   (Aside from known and diagnosed seasonal allergies and/or asthma, including effects caused by poor air quality.)
2. Had fatigue, muscle or body aches, new headache, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea?
3. Been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
   (Close contact is defined as being less than 6 feet away from an individual for a duration of 15 minutes or more.)

• By city order, all must wear non-medical cloth face coverings that cover the nose and mouth. Staff may be required to wear face coverings and gloves, appropriate for their work: handling food, tickets, or any other items on which germs could be transmitted.
• Staff will be trained in proper glove use and disposal.
• Seating may be adjusted to allow for additional spacing between individual guests or small household groups based on CDC standards and state recommendations.
• Increased venue directional signage with physically-distanced queues and barriers in place to help establish travel paths and transition points for high trafficked areas such as registration, elevator, bar concession, vendor tables, restrooms, etc.
• To support social distancing in restrooms, reduced occupancy of each facility is encouraged. For example, one individual at the restroom counter and sink area at a time to support 6-foot distancing. Signage will continue to be posted in each restroom to support good hygiene and hand-washing practices.

• Our cleaning protocols have always been important; additional disinfectant protocols for high-touch areas utilizing appropriate cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines will be used.
• Detailed building cleaning procedures and checklist have been developed for use by the Facilities and Maintenance teams to ensure consistent cleaning is provided in all spaces.

While our goal is to foster a safe and healthy workplace for all of our clients, guests, staff, and artists should an incident occur we will activate protocols that will allow our staff to respond swiftly to reported cases of COVID-19 at our Venue.

• The immediate area in which infected individual was present will be identified and closed for cleaning and disinfection.
• Visibly dirty surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized by staff using proper PPE.
• Each identified infected area will be disinfected using a Portable ULV Electric Sprayer (ideal for large area disinfection) to apply a CDC approved Coronavirus killing disinfectant to all surfaces.
• Upon completion of the fogging effort, all PPE worn during the process will be immediately removed and disposed of in a safe manner.
• Incidents will be reported to our established Response Team who will work with state officials on reporting and contact tracing.
